简介:高红均,博士,四川大学电气工程学院副教授,博士生导师,四川省杰出青年科学基金获得者,入选中国电机工程学会“青年人才托举工程”、四川大学双百人才计划、四川大学青年科技学术带头人培育计划。主要以“用户可靠供电”和“清洁低碳节能”两个当前应用热点需求为导向,开展能源电力系统灵活调度与低碳运营研究工作,包括高比例新能源电力系统灵活性调度(大电网)、分层分区配电系统云边端协同调度(配电网)、综合能源系统互动调峰与低碳运营(用户侧)等,从能源电力系统多个层面探索能源安全高效利用与低碳化发展路径,为国家实现碳中和目标添砖加瓦。已发表第一作者/通信作者论文100余篇;授权国家发明专利10余项;主持国家自然科学基金2项(青年项目和面上项目),四川省科技厅重点研发项目1项,国家重点实验室开放基金1项,作为任务负责人承担国家重点研发计划3项。获得2019年度中国电力科学技术进步一等奖,担任中国电科院期刊中心青年专家团成员,IEEE PES中国区智慧乡村委员会副秘书长,IEEE PES中国区多个分委会常务理事,Energies和IET Energy Conversion and Economics期刊编委,智慧电力、南方电网技术、电力信息与通信技术期刊青年编委,20余个SCI/EI期刊审稿专家。

Bo Yang

Bio: Bo Yang received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Liverpool in 2015. He has authored two Chinese monographs as the first author and published over 160 SCI journal papers (including 11 ESI papers and 3 hot papers) and 30 EI journal papers. He has led 29 research projects, including two funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and three by the Yunnan Province Applied Basic Research Programs. Since May 2016, He has been a lecturer at the School of Electrical Engineering at Kunming University of Science and Technology. He was exceptionally promoted to Associate Professor in August 2017, to Professor in October 2020, and to Ph.D. supervisor in December 2022. He is currently a core member of the Kunming University of Science and Technology Power System Protection and Control Innovation Team led by Vice President Professor Hongchun Shu, as well as the Yunnan Province Intelligent Grid Engineering Technology Research Center. He has received numerous awards, including the First Prize for Technological Innovation from the China Electricity Council in October 2018, the Second Prize for Innovation in Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation in December 2018, and the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Yunnan Power Grid Company in December 2023. He was selected for the inaugural "Yunnan Province Ten Thousand Talents Program - Young Top Talents" (provincial level) in December 2018, the "High-End Talent Research Fellowship of Yunnan Province Ten Thousand Talents Program" (provincial level) in December 2019, named a Highly Cited Scientist in Electrical Engineering by Elsevier from 2021, 2022 and 2023 and listed among the top 2% of scientists globally in terms of lifetime scientific impact and annual influence for 2022 and 2023. From October 2023 to January 2025, he was fully funded by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to conduct research as a visiting scholar at the University of Liverpool. He also serves on the Youth Working Committee of the Eighth Council of the China Electrotechnical Society, as an executive director of the IEEE PES China Energy Informatics and Systems Technology Subcommittee and the Dynamic Power System Artificial Intelligence Applications Technology Subcommittee, and as a senior advisory expert for the Yunnan Power Industry Association. He has held roles as Co-Chair of the IEEE International Conference on Power Science and Technology (ICPST 2023, indexed by EI) and Chair of the ICPST 2025. Additionally, he is an editor for three SCI journals, a member of the editorial board for two EI journals, a young editorial board member for three core Chinese journals, and an editor for over twenty SCI, EI, and core Chinese special issues.

简介:鞠立伟,男,1989年8月生。2019年1月至华北电力大学经济与管理学院工作,2020年12月被聘为副教授。2020-2023年爱思唯尔中国高被引学者,《电力建设》期刊青年编委,新能源电力与低碳发展北京重点实验室成员、中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会统筹分会常务理事、能源系统工程分会理事、低碳发展管理专业委员会理事、北京能源发展研究基地研究员。国家自然基金委通讯评审专家(2019-至今),北京市社会科学基金委评审专家(2022-至今)及北京市自然科学基金委评审专家(2024-至今)。
近五年,主要聚焦新型电力系统面临的急迫灵活性需求,从事数据驱动的需求侧资源灵活性调控优化理论及其在虚拟电厂、微能源网(综合能源系统)及农村分布式资源等典型场景应用研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(面上、青年)、北京市哲学社会科学基金项目3项(重点、一般、青年)、北京市自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目(一等资助)等纵向科研项目7项及国家电网公司总部科技项目6项,参与国家社科基金重大项目2项及教育部哲学社会科学研究重大攻关项目1项;以第一/通讯作者在Applied Energy、Energy、Energy Conversion and Management等国内外期刊发表学术论文50余篇(入选ESI前1%高被引论文2篇),科学出版社专著2部,经济日报时评文章2篇,中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文(F5000)2篇。申请发明专利20项,获授权发明专利14项(2项实现成果转化)。
多项研究成果相关机构、能源电力企业等采纳、引用或应用,研究成果《以“碳中和”倒逼“多能互补”政策落地的建议》入选中国社会科学院《要报·国办专供信息》、《“碳中和”目标下应大力推广能源电力互补运行》咨询报告入选经济类中央一级内部刊物《经济要参》。先后获得山西省科学技术奖二等奖3次(排名1、2、6)、河南省科学技术奖二等奖1次(排名6)及中国电力科学技术奖三等奖(排名2)、中国电力科技创新奖二等奖2次(排名1、6)、全国商业科技进步奖二等奖(排名1)等行业协会奖6次。

简介:吴婷,哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)机电工程与自动化学院助理教授,深圳市海外高层次人才,师从IEEE Fellow、IET Fellow、加拿大工程院院士C. Y. Chung教授。一直致力于智能电网、智能交通、可再生能源、电动汽车等相关领域的研究工作。迄今为止,出版学术章节著作一项,在智能电网和智能交通研究领域权威期刊发表国际高水平论文20余篇,其中TOP期刊论文7篇,发表期刊的平均影响因子为6.14,谷歌学术被引共计1000余次。主持并参与多项973、863、国家自然科学基金项目。

Leijiao Ge

Bio: The research team led by Associate Professor Ge Leijiao focuses on smart distribution network situational awareness, new energy grid-connected optimization control, cloud computing technology, and power distribution big data technology. In the past five years, the team has won 24 provincial and ministerial awards, including one first prize for energy innovation from China Energy Research Society and one-second prize for scientific and technological progress from Tianjin Municipal Government; published 50 SCI papers as the first/corresponding authors, including top journals such as IEEE TSG, IEEE TPS, IEEE TSTE, ACS Nano, etc.; authorized 34 invention patents; authored five books of international and national monographs (chapters) and six international and domestic industry standards and specifications. His team intends to study the popularization and application of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing technologies in smart distribution grids and provide theoretical support and technological leadership for implementing the "double carbon" goal in electric power and energy.
