Prof. Wenchuan Wu
Tsinghua University, China

Bio: Dr. Wenchuan Wu is a Professor with Tenure with Electrical Engineering Department, Tsinghua University, China, and Distinguished Young Scholar supported by the National Science Fund, IEE/IET Fellow. I was rewarded the Distinguished S&T Achievement Award of Chinese Electrical Engineering Society, the prize of Distinguished Young Engineer of Chinese Electrical Engineering Society and enrolled in Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University by Ministry of Education. I have developed online dynamic security assessment & preventive control system, wide area coordinated & distributed dispatcher simulator in China. I also developed FDNE based TSA-EMT hybrid real-time simulator for AC/DC networks. I proposed and implemented the hierarchical distribution management system including local cluster control, distribution network optimization and transmission & distribution networks coordination. This system has been developed and deployed several urban distribution networks. I developed a hierarchical model predictive control based power dispatch& control system to accommodate large scale wind power integration, in which stochastic UC, robust interval dispatch model and efficient algorithms are originally proposed. A control center and wind farm coordinated closed-loop control system has been developed and put into real practice. As a core developer, I developed energy management system which has been deployed in over 70 power system control centers located in 23 provincial power grid. I have been the PI for 6 grants supported by National Science Foundation of China, dozens research projects granted from Department of Science &Technology and Industry Corporations. I have also won the first class prize of State Science and Technology Progress Award, the second class prize of State Technology Innovation Award, and 16 prizes at provincial and ministry level. I published or preprinted more than 500 peer-reviewed papers including 77 IEEE Transactions papers, the citation number is 12000+ in google scholar; I hold 100+ invention patents of China and 20 USA invention patents.

Prof. Youmin Zhang
Concordia University, Canada

Bio: Prof. Youmin Zhang received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an, China, in 1983, 1986, and 1995, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Mechanical, Industrial and Aerospace Engineering and the Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation, Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

His current research interests include condition monitoring, health management, Fault Detection and Diagnosis (FDD), and Fault-Tolerant Control Systems (FTCS), cooperative Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) of single and multiple unmanned aerial/space/ground/surface vehicles and their applications to forest fires, pipelines, power lines, environment, natural resources and natural disasters monitoring, detection, and protection by combining with remote sensing techniques; dynamic systems modeling, estimation, identification, advanced control techniques and signal processing techniques for diagnosis, prognosis, and health management of safety-critical systems, renewable energy systems and smart grids, and intelligent manufacturing processes. He has authored 4 books, over 500 highly cited journal and conference papers, and book chapters.

He is a Fellow of Canadian Society of Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a member of the Technical Committee for several international and national scientific societies. He has been invited to deliver plenary and tutorial talks at international conferences/workshops and research seminars worldwide for over 100 times. He is an Editor-in-Chief, an Editor-at-Large, an Editorial Board Member, and Associate Editor of several international journals. He has served as General Chair, Program Chair, Program Vice Chair, and IPC Member of several international conferences. In view of his outstanding research works, he has been awarded as a Concordia University Research Fellow Award in 2018 in the Strategic Research Cluster 'Technology, Industry and the Environment'. 简介:陈皓勇,发展中国家工程科技院院士,华南理工大学电力学院教授、博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者,教育部新世纪优秀人才,华南理工大学电力经济与电力市场研究所所长。主要研究成果包括:系统地研究了基于随机混杂系统优化理论及群体智能的可再生能源电力系统/微电网规划、运行模型及算法,并在电力行业得到应用;系统地研究了博弈论方法在电力经济和电力系统交叉领域中的应用,首次提出基于博弈理论的电力系统(微电网)频率/电压分布式协同控制理论及方法,获得国内外电力行业的广泛认可。近五年主持国家自然科学基金重点项目1项、国家重点研发计划课题1项,发表论文150余篇,其中SCI/EI论文98篇,获国家发明专利7项。获2022年度教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖科技进步二等奖(排名第1)以及其他多项政府、行业、企业科技奖励。此外,还在《经济日报》、《中国能源报》等发表一系列电力市场政策研究文章,得到中央决策部门的关注和采用。

简介:黎灿兵,上海交通大学电气工程系副主任、教授、国家优青,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,湖南省杰出青年基金获得者;The Fellow of IET等编委;IEEE PES CHINA 奖励委员会主席。主要研究方向为电力系统运行控制研究。承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目等7项,国家电网和南方电网科技项目等30余项。近5年发表SCI论文35篇,EI论文30余篇,授权发明专利20余项。曾获湖南省自然科学一等奖、中国人工智能学会吴文俊人工智能科技进步二等奖、中国指挥与控制学会科技进步二等奖,以及以第一完成人获 Springer 优秀学术专著奖。

简介:黎静华,国家级重大人才工程入选者,IET Fellow,副院长,博士,博士后,教授,博士生导师。宝钢优秀教师,广西青年八桂学者、模范教师、三八红旗手,五四青年奖章、勤廉榜样获得者,致力于新能源高效并网与消纳研究。
2003、2006年,毕业于华北电力大学,获得学士、硕士学位。2011年毕业于广西大学,获得博士学位。2011.12至2014.4年,在华中科技大学进行博士后研究工作。2014.12至2015.12,在丹麦奥尔堡大学能源学院进行学术交流访问。主要开展电力系统优化运行与规划、电力负荷预测、新能源预测、新能源并网技术等方面的研究。
针对新能源电力系统安全稳定运行问题,瞄准源-荷随机平衡这一科学问题,开展了系统深入理论与应用研究工作,在基础理论上发现和扩充了新能源随机变化特性和预测机理,在应用理论上深化和发展了电力系统不确定优化调度方法,在技术上完善和丰富了大阶跃扰动下电力系统源-荷协调控制策略,最终有效解决了复杂时变新能源电力系统弃电严重、调度被动以及安全稳定运行的瓶颈问题。
扎根八桂18年来,技术成果提炼为理论并年复一年实践完善,陆续出版了6部具有影响力的学术著作。以第一作者及通信作者发表SCI/EI论文60多篇,总引用1835次。获第一发明人授权发明专利28项,实现2项专利技术转让,创新成果入选国家重点研发计划、973项目、863项目示范工程,在超过60家企业应用,出口丹麦、苏丹、越南等国家。
担任IEEE PES新能源运行规划与经济技术委员会常务理事、新能源调度运行委员会副秘书长,中国电工技术学会人工智能与电气应用专业委员会副秘书长等重要学术职务,担任国际著名期刊PCMP(影响因子>10)编委,连续担任2020、2021 ICPE电力工程国际会议大会主席,受邀大会报告、特邀报告及会议主持30余次。
获2019年湖北省科学技术进步一等奖、中国电力科学技术进步一等奖,2020年广西科学技术发明二等奖,2021年第十六届广西青年科技奖。在今年的全区科技大会、广西科学技术奖励大会上,获得2023年广西青年科技杰出贡献奖。

Prof. Nanpeng Yu

Bio: Dr. Nanpeng Yu received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2006. Dr. Yu received his M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics and Ph.D. degree from Iowa State University in 2010. Before joining University of California, Riverside, Dr. Yu was a senior power system planner and project manager at Southern California Edison from Jan, 2011 to July 2014.

Currently, he is a full professor and vice chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, Riverside, CA. Dr. Yu is the recipient of the Regents Faculty Fellowship and Regents Faculty Development award from University of California. He received multiple best paper and prize paper awards from the IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meetings, IEEE Power and Energy Society Grand International Conference and Exposition Asia and the Second International Conference on Green Communications, Computing and Technologies.

Dr. Yu is the director of Energy, Economics, and Environment Research Center at UC Riverside. Dr. Yu is also a cooperating faculty member of department of computer science and engineering and department of Statistics. He currently serves as the chair of distribution system operation and planning subcommittee of IEEE Power and Energy Society and the chair for IEEE Power and Energy Society Working group of data-driven modeling, monitoring and control for Power Distribution Networks. Dr. Yu currently serves as the associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid and IEEE Power Engineering Letters.

Prof. Chongru Liu
North China Electric Power University, China

Bio: Dr. Chongru Liu, professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University, director of the Academic Affairs Office, a distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholars of the Ministry of Education. Her research interest is focus on stability control, modeling simulation and engineering application of MMC-HVDC systems and large-scale new energy transferred by DC transmission systems. She has won 1 provincial and ministerial special prize, 2 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 3 gold medals for domestic and foreign inventions.
She serves as the executive director of the Beijing Society of Electrical Engineering, the chairman of the Science Popularization and Education Working Committee, the member of the International Cooperation Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, the director of the China Electrotechnical Society, the member of the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Power System Management and Information Exchange, the member of the Power System Automation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, the director of the Capital Women Professors Association, and the associate editor of CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems.

刘崇茹,博士,华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院教授,博士生导师,教务处处长,教育部长江学者特聘教授,北京市科技新星,教育部新世纪优秀人才。主要从事柔性直流系统及大规模新能源直流外送系统的稳定控制、建模仿真及工程应用等方面的基础理论研究及核心技术研发。主持国家重点研发计划项目课题、国家自然科学基金企业联合基金重点项目及集成项目课题。获得省部级特等奖1项、一等奖2项、二等奖5项,国内外发明金奖3项。

担任北京电机工程学会常务理事、科普与教育工作委员会主任委员、中国电机工程学会国际合作工作委员会委员、中国电工技术学会理事、全国电力系统管理及其信息交换标准化技术委员会委员、中国电机工程学会电力系统自动化专业委员会委员、首都女教授协会理事、CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems副编辑。
